4 out of 5 starsThis is a great product.... except don't order it to house a surprise ring if you live with your significant other unless you know you can get to the mailbox first... because the packaging is OBVIOUS that it's a ring box. Open company name right on the package along with their address on DIAMOND BAR boulevard. Ruined the 10 year anniversary surprise for my girlfriend. Probably my fault, I'm sure their was some sort of gift packaging option, but still...

Will my purchase get here in time?

Do you provide design proofs prior to engraving?
Yes, we can provide a design proof for you before engraving. When placing an order, please let us know in the order notes that you would like a design proof before engraving your order. If a proof is requested, we will not engrave your order until once the proof is approved. Please keep an eye out for the design proof, as if we do not receive approval by the ship date, we will need to cancel your order.
How long will my order take to ship?
Our shipping times vary by product. We are located and ship from Southern California. Please send us a message if you need an order expedited, we would be more than happy to accommodate you!

Ships the next business day. Shipping time varies between 1-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
We do ship to Hi, AK, and PR. For items over 1 lb, shipping to AK, HI, and PR require additional shipping fees due to the increased cost of delivery. Please send us a message before placing an order if you live in one of these areas and want to place an order.
My package has been shipped, but the tracking isn’t showing
In some cases, a package may remain in "pre-transit" status for several days. If you come across this, please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to be updated. Please note that some packages do not get scanned in until they arrive at the shipping hub.
My package was marked delivered but I can’t find it
In the event that you receive a "delivered" confirmation but have not yet received your package, please follow these steps:
- It's possible that USPS may have marked the package as "delivered" prematurely. Please give it 1-3 business days as the package may still be in transit or was marked "delivered" in error.
- We recommend contacting your local USPS post office directly for more information on your package. It's important to reach out to your local post office instead of the USPS hotline. They will be able to provide you with more specific details and help resolve the issue.

How is the text engraved as I entered in the text field?
For all styles that require an initial and no initial is provided:
For single names: We will use the first letter of the name provided for the initial.
For example, if you choose STYLE 1 and enter “James' 'into the text field your engraving will come out with “J” as the initial and “JAMES” between the lines.
For multiple names: If multiple names are provided, we will use the first letter of the last name for the initial.
For example, if you choose STYLE 1 and enter “James Scott Miller” into the text field, your engraving will come out with “M” for the initial and “JAMES SCOTT MILLER” between the lines.
